Building the consulting practice, he quickly realised he needed good people around him and thus set us on the course to where we are today 10 years later.
Together, he and the management team built a dynamic, solution-thinking- company (the one you call when you cannot solve a problem), which we all know as AO.
Today we specialise in software development, consulting services, enterprise technology, digital marketing, advertising and media services.

As Head of Software, Paul partners closely with clients to understand their business needs and designs robust, flexible architectures that scale across products and geographies. His focus on both technical excellence and client-outcomes positions AO’s software delivery for success.
