2. Protection of Intellectual Property (IP)
AO Group retains all rights to its intellectual property, software assets, technical documentation, processes, methodologies, and proprietary systems.
Clients, partners, and suppliers are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, copying, or modifying AO Group’s IP without prior written consent.
Any request for permission must be submitted to info@aogroup.co.za
and will only be approved under a valid legal agreement, such as an MSA, NDA, or licensing contract.
